Is Fileora free?

Yes. Every tool is free to use without an account. Fileora Pro adds bigger files, unlimited tasks and the desktop app.

Are my files safe?

Tools marked “In browser” process files on your own device, so they are never uploaded. Other tools send files over an encrypted connection, and our servers delete them automatically within 2 hours.

Which tools work without uploading?

Merge, Split, Organize, Rotate, Compress, Repair, JPG to PDF, Scan to PDF, PDF to JPG, PDF to Markdown, Sign, Watermark, Page numbers, Crop and Compare. Turn on the “In browser” filter above the tool list to see them.

How big can my files be?

Free tools accept files up to 200 MB each. Browser tools depend on your device’s memory, so very large files are slower on phones.

Does Fileora work on my phone?

Yes. Fileora works in any modern phone or tablet browser, and Scan to PDF uses your camera to capture paper documents.

Can I chain tools together?

Yes. Build a workflow such as Merge, then Compress, then Page numbers, and run it on new files in one step. Workflows are saved in this browser.
